Snowflake’s flagship store keeps the beating heart of london satisfied with a myriad of gelato flavours on offer. The fior de latte flavour, a staple in mainland Europe, offered a rich, even and milky alternative to vanilla. The milk chocolate presented a strong foreplay but lacked the uniformity or intensity expected of it. Finally, the signature Snowflake flavour with the mixture of white chocolate, hazelnut and coconut stole the show with unexpectedly well balanced notes and an ironically tropical aftertaste. Their ethos of pure, natural and fresh certainly filter through.
